Refund Policy

Please contact the Court if you believe a refund is necessary. Be prepared to provide information about your transaction such as your name, case/citation number, date of transaction, transaction amount and last four digits of the credit card number. Once your payment is made, any (i) convenience fees and (ii) credit card fees applied to your payment are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
